Yuting Huang
Yuting Huang is a Ph.D. in Education student specializing in Mathematics Education in the School of Education at the University of Delaware. Her research focuses on students’ mathematical thinking, with a particular interest in how cognitive and instructional practices can support the development of conceptual understanding in mathematics. She is currently working with Dr. Teo Paoletti.
Yuting earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics from Sun Yat-sen University and a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Hong Kong, graduating with distinction. Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, she worked as a secondary mathematics teacher and later served as a research assistant, contributing to several projects in the areas of mathematics teaching and learning, teacher professional development, and the instructional design that foster deep mathematical understanding.
