The following four 4+1 programs are options for Elementary Teacher Education students at the University of Delaware. Students in these programs graduate with their bachelors degree in four years and can complete a masters degree in one more year. The 4+1 programs enable students to complete the masters degree in a short amount of time because they take some of the graduate courses that count towards the masters degree during their undergraduate program.
